What is Pet Price Club?

We are Australia's first memebrs buying club for Pet Parents. Being a members buying club allows us to pass any discounts, rebates or benefits on to our members instead of keeping those profits. This means we guarantee our members pay the lowest possible price on all products.....everyday!

Can I come and look first?

Absolutely! We get it.... you want to see what is on offer before signing up... no problem. One of our team members will be at the entry to answer any of your questions and let you in to have a look around.

Do I need a membership to shop?

Yes. Our warehouses are member-only and a valid membership is required to purchase items. Our team may use your profile photo, or request identification, to confirm your membership.

How much does the membership cost?

Only $99 per year. We also offer a monthly option for just $9 a month.

Why do I need to pay for a membership?

Your membership fee allows us to keep our prices low every day. Normal pet stores make almost all their profits from the products they sell – which keeps price higher more often. At Pet Price we rely on your membership for our success, so our team is focused on keeping prices consistently low across everything we sell.

Can I share my membership?

Each Pet Price Club membership is allowed to have one additional card holder. They must reside at the same residential address and must use a physical membership card.

How do I sign up for membership?

You can sign up for membership using our app or instore at our membership counter. Our app is available for both iPhone and Android. Currently monthly membership can only be done through our membership counter in store.

Do I have to use the membership App?

While we encourage all members to use the app for the best membership experience – a physical card is available at our in-warehouse membership counter.

Can I get a refund of my membership?

If at anytime you are not happy with your membership you can ask for a refund at our in-warehouse membership counter. Membership refunds are always at management’s discretion.

What products do you sell?

Pet Price Club is a full service pet specialty warehouse and we stock all the brands you love. Visit our Brands page for a glimpse of the range.

Why don’t you stock my pets favourite foodbrand?

At Pet Price we have one of the largest ranges of pet food in Australia. If your favourite brand or product is not available in our warehouse and you would like to see it on our shelves please let our team know.

Do you price match?

We do... but are confident we wont need to.

What's your returns policy?

We want to make returns as simple and easy as possible. For change of mind returns where the product is unused, unopened, and as sold please return to your local Pet Price warehouse within 30 days for a refund. Please refer to our full returns policy here for more information.

Can I shop with Pet Price online?

Pet Price does not operate an online store. We are a members-only club and to enjoy all the benefits of Pet Price membership you have to visit one of our warehouses.

Can I Click n Collect?

We do not offer a click and collect service. Our full range of products is in stock and available at our warehouse.

What payment types do you accept?

Our warehouses accept credit cards, debit cards and cash.

Do you allow pets into your stores?

Absolutely. We welcome all pets in-warehouse. All pets must be either on a leash or in a carrier. All pets must be updated with all necessary vaccinations to enter a Pet Price Warehouse. Any pet found to pose a danger to other animals, members or Pet Price staff will be asked to leave.

Do I have to pre-book for the use of dog wash?

No. Our Pet Price dog wash bays are available to members-only and available on a first come first served basis. While we have a lot of wash bays available – if when you visit they are all occupied – you can place yourself in our digital queue and wander the warehouse exploring our product range while you wait.

Can I wash my cat instore?

Unfortunately, you cannot wash your cat in our dog wash bays because they are designed for dogs and the equipment, such as the height and restraint systems, may not be suitable or safe for a cat.

How do the dog washes work?

Our dog wash bays do not take physical payment. Your membership card is all you need to operate the dog washes. When you are at the dog wash machine you simply scan your membership card at the reader and you will have a 10min wash ready to go..... and if 10mins isnt enough... just scan it again!!

Can I buy insurance online?

Yes. Pet Price members receive exclusive discounts on Knose Pet Insurance. You can access member pricing through this exclusive link and by providing your membership details when you sign up for a policy.

How are savings calculated?

Our member savings that you will see in store are calculated off the supplier recommended retail prices.

How do I change my personal details?

You can update your personal details inside the Pet Price app or at our membership counter in-warehouse.

Will you expand to other states?

Yes. Pet Price Club is opening its first warehouse in Craigieburn, Victoria this November with a plan to expand to more locations soon.
