Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern membership in the Pet Price Club operated by Pet Price Pty Ltd (ABN 97 635 802 854) ('Pet Price', 'we', 'our' or 'us'). By applying for or renewing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility
- Age requirement - Membership is available only to individuals aged 18 years or over or secondary card holders aged 16 years or over. By applying, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
- Personal use only - Membership is issued to one individual and is personal. However, each membership may include one secondary cardholder, provided the secondary cardholder is aged 16 years or over and resides at the same residential address as the primary member. The primary member remains responsible for the actions and use of the membership by the secondary cardholder. Memberships and cards cannot otherwise be transferred, shared, assigned, or loaned to any other person. Any misuse may result in suspension or cancellation.
- Proof of identity - Proof of identity may be requested when you apply for membership, renew your membership, enter the warehouse, or make a purchase. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo ID (such as a driver licence or passport).
- Application information - You must provide accurate and complete information when applying for membership. Any changes to your personal details (such as contact information) must be kept up to date through the Pet Price app or in-store.
- Verification at entry and checkout - Members may be required to present their membership credentials (via the app or other verification methods) when entering the store and at the point of sale.
- One membership per individual - Each person may hold only one active membership. Duplicate applications may be declined.
- Right to refuse or cancel - Pet Price reserves the right to refuse an application or to cancel membership if eligibility requirements are not met, false information is provided, or these Terms are breached.
2. Membership Fee and Term
- Annual fee - The annual membership fee is $99 (inclusive of GST) and must be paid in full at the time of application or renewal.
- Term - Membership is valid for 12 months from the date your application is accepted and payment is received.
- Renewal - Membership must be renewed annually by paying the fee at the rate applying at the time of renewal. If membership is not renewed, access to Pet Price Club benefits will cease at the end of the membership term.
- Automatic renewal - If automatic renewal is introduced in the future, you will be given advance notice, including the renewal fee and date, and you will have the option to opt out before payment is taken.
- Fee changes - Pet Price reserves the right to change the membership fee from time to time. Any change will apply only at the time of renewal, not during an active membership term.
- Payment methods - Membership fees may be paid via the Pet Price app or in-store, using accepted payment methods (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other secure platforms). Pet Price does not store payment card details.
- Non-refundable - Membership fees are non-refundable once membership benefits have been allocated or accessed (for example, the free monthly dog wash benefit, which is allocated shortly after sign-up), except as required by law or under the cancellation provisions set out in these Terms.
- Failure to pay - If a renewal fee is not paid on time, membership will lapse, and you will not be entitled to entry into the warehouse or access to member benefits until renewal is completed.
- One membership per person - Each individual may only hold one active membership at a time. Duplicate memberships are not permitted.
3. Membership Benefits
- Warehouse access - Active members are entitled to entry to Pet Price warehouse stores during published trading hours. Entry may require presentation of your membership credentials through the Pet Price app or other verification method.
- Member-only pricing - Members have access to member-only pricing on all products sold by Pet Price. Pricing may be subject to change in line with supplier costs and availability, and may vary between locations.

Dog wash benefit - Each membership includes one free dog wash per month. This benefit is:
- available only to the member;
- not transferable or assignable to another person;
- not redeemable for cash or credit;
- valid for one use per expiry period and cannot be carried forward if unused.
- Insurance discount - Members may be entitled to a discount on pet insurance products offered by our insurance partner. This offer is only available to new customers of the insurer and cannot be applied to existing policies held by current customers. The benefit is provided subject to the insurer's separate terms and conditions, and Pet Price is not responsible for the performance or content of those products or services.
- Future changes to benefits - Pet Price may from time to time introduce new benefits or remove existing benefits. Members will be notified of any material changes in advance, and changes will not affect benefits already used or redeemed.
- Exclusions and limitations - Some products or services may be excluded from certain benefits where required by law, for health and safety reasons, or due to supplier restrictions. Any such exclusions will be communicated clearly at the point of offer.
- No guarantee of savings - While member-only pricing and benefits are designed to deliver value, Pet Price does not guarantee that all members will achieve specific savings. Actual savings depend on your individual purchases and use of benefits.
4. Use of Membership
- Verification required - Membership must be verified on entry to the warehouse and again at the point of sale. Verification may be required through the Pet Price app, a digital membership card, or other in-store systems.
- Personal use only - Membership is personal to the individual member. Members must not lend, share, sell, or allow others to use their membership details or credentials. Any misuse may result in suspension or cancellation of membership without refund.
- Proof of identity - Pet Price may request government-issued photo identification (such as a driver licence or passport) to confirm that the person using the membership is the authorised member.
- Compliance with rules - Members must comply with all store rules, posted notices, health and safety requirements, and staff directions while on the premises. This includes policies relating to safe conduct, responsible use of trolleys and equipment, and animal safety within designated areas.
- Conduct on premises - Members are expected to act respectfully towards staff and other members. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the premises and suspension or termination of membership.
- Loss or unauthorised use - Members must notify Pet Price immediately if their membership credentials are lost, stolen, or accessed without permission. Pet Price may take steps to deactivate the compromised credentials and issue replacements.
- Right to refuse entry - Pet Price reserves the right to refuse entry to its premises or decline service if a membership is not verified, is misused, or if store rules are not followed.
5. Pricing and Availability
- Everyday low price model - Pet Price operates an everyday low price (EDLP) strategy. Prices are set to reflect supplier costs and may be adjusted in response to market conditions, supply chain changes, or other business factors.
- Price adjustments - Prices may be reduced temporarily where supplier rebates or discounts are offered, or increased where input costs change. These adjustments may vary between products and over time.
- Stock availability - All products and services are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity. Certain products may sell out quickly or only be available while supplier stock lasts.
- Errors and corrections - While Pet Price takes care to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, errors may occur. Pet Price reserves the right to correct any errors in displayed or advertised prices, benefits, or product details before a transaction is completed.
- No rainchecks - Due to the membership warehouse model, Pet Price does not issue rainchecks if stock is unavailable. Substitutions may be offered at Pet Price's discretion, but availability is not guaranteed.
- Legal and supplier requirements - Prices, benefits, or promotions may vary where required by law or due to supplier restrictions or rebate conditions.
- Display pricing - Recommended retail prices (RRP) may be displayed in-store as a point of reference, but Pet Price sells exclusively to members at member prices. Marketing communications will not represent RRP as a saving guarantee.
- Right to withdraw or limit - Pet Price reserves the right to withdraw products from sale, restrict quantities, or limit purchases of particular items where necessary for operational, safety, or compliance reasons.
6. Refunds, Returns and Change of Mind

Your consumer guarantees - All goods and services supplied by Pet Price come with the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Members are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods or services:
- are faulty or unsafe,
- are not fit for the purpose they were sold,
- do not match descriptions, labels or sample models shown, or
- otherwise fail to meet the consumer guarantees under the ACL.

Change of mind policy (in addition to your ACL rights) - Pet Price also offers members a discretionary 30-day change of mind policy for products. The following conditions apply:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Goods must be in original packaging, unused, and in a resaleable condition.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or membership record) must be provided.
- Exclusions apply to:
- perishable goods,
- personalised or custom-made products,
- items that cannot be returned for health, hygiene or safety reasons once opened (for example, pet food, grooming products, or bedding).
- Refund method - Where a refund is provided, it will be made to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- Services - For services included in membership (such as monthly dog wash benefits), once the service has been used it cannot be refunded or transferred, except as required by the ACL.
- Return process - Returns must be made in-store at the membership counter. Staff may inspect goods to confirm eligibility under the ACL or this change of mind policy before processing.
- No limitation of rights - The Pet Price change of mind policy is separate from, and does not limit, any rights or remedies members have under the ACL.
7. Membership Cancellation and Suspension
- Member Cancellation - Membership fees are generally non-refundable once paid. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If Pet Price does not provide membership services with due care and skill, if the membership is not as described, or if it otherwise fails to meet the ACL consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy.
- Ongoing obligations - If you cancel your membership, it will remain active until the end of the current paid 12-month term. You will continue to have access to membership benefits until that time, and no further fees will be charged. Membership fees already paid will not be refunded unless required under the ACL.

Suspension - Pet Price may temporarily suspend a membership if:
- membership fees are unpaid after the due date;
- there is suspected misuse of membership credentials or benefits;
- there is a breach of these Terms; or
- an investigation is required into member conduct, complaints, or compliance with store rules.

Cancellation by Pet Price - Pet Price may cancel a membership if:
- issues leading to suspension are not resolved within a reasonable time;
- the membership is misused, shared, or used fraudulently; or
- serious or repeated breaches of these Terms or store rules occur.
- Discretionary refunds - Beyond the ACL and cooling-off period, any refund of membership fees is at the discretion of Pet Price.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Application of the ACL - Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to the consumer guarantees that apply to goods and services, and Pet Price's liability is subject to those guarantees.

Exclusions of liability (to the extent permitted by law) - Subject always to your rights under the ACL, Pet Price is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss;
- loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings;
- business interruption or loss of opportunity; or
- any claims or damages arising from misuse of your membership, unauthorised use by another person, or breaches of these Terms.

Limitation where guarantees apply - Where goods or services supplied by Pet Price are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, and the ACL permits, Pet Price's liability is limited (at our option) to:
- in the case of goods - the replacement or repair of the goods, or the supply of equivalent goods, or the cost of doing so;
- in the case of services - the supply of the services again, or the cost of having the services supplied again.
- Maximum extent of the law - To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pet Price's liability to members is otherwise limited to the amount of the annual membership fee paid in the relevant year.
9. Privacy
- Collection and handling of information - Pet Price collects, uses and discloses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on our website and through the Pet Price app. By applying for membership or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
- Purposes of collection - Personal information is collected to manage membership accounts, verify member identity, provide access to member-only pricing and benefits, process payments, communicate with members, and for other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
- Marketing communications - With your consent, Pet Price may use your contact details to send you promotional offers, updates and other marketing communications. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or by contacting us directly. Transactional communications relating to your membership will continue even if you opt out of marketing.
- Third-party service providers - Pet Price may share personal information with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors, IT system providers, marketing platforms and analytics providers) who assist in operating the business. These providers are required to handle your personal information securely and only for the purposes specified by Pet Price.
- Overseas disclosures - Pet Price does not currently disclose personal information overseas. If overseas disclosures become necessary in the future, members will be notified and reasonable steps will be taken to ensure compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including identifying the countries or regions where possible.
- Your rights - Members have the right to access and correct their personal information, request deletion (subject to legal requirements), and make complaints about how their information is handled. Details of these rights and how to exercise them are set out in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms and Benefits
- Right to amend - Pet Price may update, vary or replace these Terms or the membership benefits from time to time where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in business operations, product availability, technology, or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Notification of significant changes - Where a change is material, Pet Price will take reasonable steps to notify members in advance. Notification may be provided by email, app notification, or in-store notice, depending on the circumstances. Examples of significant changes include adjustments to the membership fee, alterations to core membership benefits (such as the dog wash or insurance discount), or changes to cancellation and refund rights.
- Effective date of changes - Changes will take effect from the date specified in the notice, or if no date is specified, from the date of publication on the Pet Price website or app.
- Member acceptance - Continued use of membership after the effective date of changes will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms or benefits. Members who do not wish to accept changes may cancel their membership in accordance with the Cancellation and Refunds provisions of these Terms.
- Access to updated Terms - The most recent version of these Terms will always be available on the Pet Price website and app. Members are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to stay informed about their rights and obligations.
11. Termination of Program
- Right to discontinue or materially change - Pet Price may discontinue the Pet Price Club membership program in whole, or make material changes to its operation, benefits, or structure where reasonably necessary due to business, legal, or other circumstances.
- Notification of termination or material change - If the program is to be discontinued, or materially altered in a way that affects core membership benefits, Pet Price will provide reasonable notice to members. Notification may be given by email, app notification, or in-store notice.
- Pro-rata refunds - Where the program is discontinued, or a material change results in the program no longer operating in a substantially similar form, members will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of their annual membership fee, unless otherwise required by law.
- Effective date - Termination or material changes will take effect from the date specified in the notice, or if no date is specified, from the date of publication on the Pet Price website or app.
- Access to information - Current information about the status of the Pet Price Club membership program will always be available on the Pet Price website and app.
12. Notices and Communication

Methods of notice - Pet Price may provide official notices or communications to members through one or more of the following:
- email to the address recorded on the member's account;
- notifications within the Pet Price mobile application;
- updates posted on the Pet Price website; or
- signage or announcements displayed in-store.
- Member responsibility - members are responsible for ensuring that their contact details, including email address and mobile number, are accurate and kept up to date. Failure to do so may result in not receiving important communications.
- Deemed receipt - notices sent by Pet Price will be deemed received when sent electronically, posted on the website, or displayed in-store, regardless of whether the member has read them.
13. Program Transfer and Assignment
- No member transfer - memberships are personal to the individual member and cannot be sold, assigned, transferred, or shared with any other person.
- Pet Price assignment - Pet Price may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, including as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, consistent with the Business Transfers provisions in the Privacy Policy. Members will be notified of any such assignment or transfer through the communication methods set out above.
14. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials
- Ownership - all trademarks, logos, designs, images, text, software, and other content appearing on the Pet Price app, website, in-store signage, and promotional materials are the property of Pet Price IP Pty Ltd or its licensors.
- No rights granted - membership does not grant any rights to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit these materials without prior written consent from Pet Price.
- Restrictions - members and visitors must not copy, misuse, alter, or remove any branding, trade marks, or other intellectual property from Pet Price platforms, products, or premises.
- Consequences - any unauthorised use may result in suspension or cancellation of membership and may also give rise to legal action.
15. Force Majeure
Pet Price is not responsible for delays or failure to provide membership benefits caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or IT outages.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Members are encouraged to raise concerns with us directly before seeking external resolution.
